Scale the World Prep - Part 3

Below is the 3rd part to the introduction to Scale the World. Again I will type my thoughts and answers in coloured type.

Get Ready To Scale The World: Part 3 of 3

24 hours, and we start our ascent. Excited? Yes I also started the Weight Watchers Core program today. I did slip a bit and had 6 points of fudge today so I only have 16 points for non core food left for the week. On the plus side I did go for a 30 minute walk today. Brad and I also walked around Darling Harbour, Chinatown and Paddy's markets for 3 hours today and I'm not including any points for that.

Today's message is simple: I would like you to have some 10-minute conversations with a few people. These are the people on the ground, or perhaps on the climb with you -- the people you love the most.

Tell them how much you count on them for ongoing support. Let them know how crucial this climb is for you. Tell them how your life will not be the same once you've seen the summit of the "possible."

Make sure they know you'll always be there for them, but demand the same in return. Do not let anyone turn you away from the path you've decided to take --the path toward abundance, health and mastery.

There are those who will want to tie you down. They are afraid of change, and they want you to keep them and their fear company. You cannot do that and care for them at the same time.

Do not harbor anger toward them.

Remember, anger is energy that pulls you back to ground zero. We must foster energy that "propels you forward". Only, always, and forever forward.

Instead, forgive and encourage them to join you. Most of the people you love the most will support you from the air or from the ground -- and that is a wonderful thing.

You need support. This climb is not to be made alone. Yes, you have us, but you need support from those you "really want to influence."

That is the key.

Your assignment for today:

Make a list of the three people you most want to influence during the next 32 days. Keep this list with you at all times. Under each name, write down how you want to influence them, and how committed you are to making your influence a reality. My 3 people's names are Brad, Shona and Paul.

What do you want them to see in you in 32 days? I want them to see me more in control of my food, emotions, thoughts & feelings. Also to be a happier and thinner person. How do you want to see their lives impacted simply by seeing what you will accomplish? They will be inspired by my success that they will also want to accomplish similar outcomes......

Remember, you're making the climb for them as well as for yourself.

The larger you make your goal, the more important it becomes in your mind. The more you focus on it, the more "urgent" it becomes...

...and your mind follows the call of the urgent.

You're ready to Scale The World.
