Today has been a better day. I was organised this morning and took my lunch to work and kept fairly on track with that. I also find that if I don't have a lot of money on me, then I'm not tempted to buy crap.
Quite proud of myself today.

Well done on a good day - this is what it is all about - one day at a time. I am the same with taking money to work although I hate not having any money on me and what I do is when I draw money - draw $50 - because it is easier to say no to breaking a $50 note for a $2 chocolate than just taking a coin out my wallet.
