Just thought I'd say "Hi". Coco and I have started again over at CK and we also started CK blogs up again last week. I am going to do what I can to lose weight before NYE. End of year is a great time for me to 'focus' on. Hope all is well. Its good had this all checked before everything way off the scale. You can manage this. I know you can. And you know what? Now you have measures. NUmbers. Quantifiable things. WHen I was 110kg my blood pressure was really high. I was put on medication, and then they had to double it. It was bad. But as I lost weight, my blood pressure got better until I got to the point they reduced my medication. Evenutally I was off the medication al togther - it took 18 months. But it was great to go get my bloo pressure checked and see the correlation between my weight loss and improved blood pressure. It was motivating.
Your walking is fabulous too. don't ever think its not anything less. I remember a time I could not walk to the end of the street without alot pain in my legs. But I know what you mean... I feel that way too. I am too scared to weigh myself...I know I am creeping to 100kg again. I want to fight my way back to the 95s and weigh myself when I think I am there. I do NOT want to look at the scales at me over 95.... I may alread be 100kg. I don't know, but all my loose clothing is now tight. All my winter clothes have missed a whole season of wear :(
You are not alone. You can do this. You have a really sensible head on your shoulders.
Let me remind you of this.
It is early October.
October
November
Decemeber.
3 months!
What can we do in 3 months?
We could lose 10kg.
We could!
We just need a friggin plan!
Right?abchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10879222367206980128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21121961.post-36546402420169294852007-10-09T20:45:00.000+10:002007-10-09T20:45:00.000+10:00Just eat healthy carlton.. and think about everyth...Just eat healthy carlton.. and think about everything that you go to put in your mouth..works for me.. most of the time...
oh and can you help me get in contact with RAINBOW please????Wanna_B_slimmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12293337245411806885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21121961.post-34858727520514323522007-10-08T07:22:00.000+10:002007-10-08T07:22:00.000+10:00My Mum does the CSIRO diet (on and off) and loves ...My Mum does the CSIRO diet (on and off) and loves it.

You will find the right one for you I'm sure.Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01546723561810277725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21121961.post-31302400022597478132007-10-07T11:05:00.000+10:002007-10-07T11:05:00.000+10:00Well it looks like you have all the tools you need...Well it looks like you have all the tools you need to get started and you haven't seen pills till you have seen my mum and her vitamin collection, I swear she takes every vitamin/mineral and supplement ever bottled!

I completely agree with the one slab rule at Bathurst, I was trying to be sarcastic but I'm not that good at it.boringsahmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10011022661934976778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21121961.post-53939056761326032972007-10-06T08:42:00.000+10:002007-10-06T08:42:00.000+10:00Start slow, one thing at a time, increase your wat...Start slow, one thing at a time, increase your water - that always helps me feel better. Then add an extra vegetable to your dinner and try and eat more whole and non processed foods. Just start small and get used to one change at a time - don't go for anything too restrictive or over doing it on the exercise it won't work. I think you're a lot like me, we have to take it slow and steady. Good luck!! I know you can do this.
BriApple2Hourglasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09056296394251284364noreply@blogger.com
